Coaching is a relationship-based process, reflecting and creating space to focus on an individual’s growth.
A one-and-done alternative or supplement to longer individual coaching, perfect for shorter-term needs, lower budgets, and group settings.
Consulting is directly problem-solution oriented. Ginny’s consulting is focused primarily on organizations, providing assistance in areas such as staff training.

Ongoing support and accountability for building self-trust and confidence in leadership skills, transforming the client’s ability to generate the results they want in business and life. Targeted coaching for individuals actively looking to change jobs through weekly or biweekly coaching sessions for 4-6+ months. Work together to clarify vision, identify aligned opportunities, and navigate the job search process. Resume and cover letter support, interview prep, etc. Support through the job transition into the new role. To learn more or get started, schedule your 30-minute introductory session.

How much does coaching cost?

Ginny offers coaching on a sliding scale, because financial resources should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access a product or service.

This means that the extra money you pay helps to supplement the folks on the lower end of the sliding scale. You can think of this price as an opportunity to work with Ginny AND support your fellow community members while you're at it!
This is the actual cost of coaching, and is meant for folks who can comfortably meet all of their basic needs (food, housing, transportation, medical care), and who have expendable income to regularly purchase things like books, coffee shop treats, online streaming subscriptions, etc.)
This price is meant for folks who would find coaching at full price to be a sacrifice, but it would not create true hardship. (If instead you need a full scholarship please contact me! I do not want anyone to be left out due to lack of funds.)
